Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Description

We are a small, fast-moving team with the mission to solve the biggest challenges facing the media and entertainment industry.

Suite enables teams to effortlessly store, share, and edit media files, just as if everyone were working from the same local drive. Teams can now forget about dealing with lengthy downloads or syncing issues, saving them countless hours/days on each project, freeing up artists to focus on their creativity.

About the Role

We're seeking a sharp, systems minded Revenue Operations Analyst to join our operations team.

This is an opportunity to influence how we build and scale across the organization and offers a variety of growth opportunities. As a fast-moving start-up, we embrace a culture where everyone wears many hats and is eager to tackle both strategic initiatives and hands-on tasks.

The first core focus area will be a deep dive into our operational processes.(You’ll thrive here if you’re excited to build foundational systems!) This role is pivotal in scaling our systems and improving efficiencies across the organization. You will blend high-level strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution – working closely with sales, customer success, marketing, finance, and product teams.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Own and optimize CRM, ensuring clean data and scalable architecture

  • Manage account and opportunity ownership, including territory planning and management.

  • Support go-to-market teams with sales forecasting, pipeline insights, and general reporting

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data within the CRM system.

  • Document and maintain processes across sales, customer success, marketing, and finance departments to support alignment and scale

  • Proactively identify operational bottlenecks, propose solutions, and lead implementation efforts.

  • Collaborate with leadership to understand and advance company initiatives through strategic planning.

  • Engage in various tasks as we grow and evolve—be prepared to wear many hats!

Who you are:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in revenue operations or business operations in a SaaS or tech environment

  • Strong working knowledge of systems and how CRMs work (Hubspot a plus, but not required)

  • Process-Oriented: Directly owned or deeply involved in process and system improvements.

  • Analytical & comfortable with data: you can interpret data, structure it, and act on it

  • You can go from 0 to 1 and 1 to 10 on all sorts of infrastructure, structure, and needs.

  • Communicative: Excellent written and spoken English skills.

  • Hands-On: Willing to dive deep into processes and execute projects end-to-end.

  • Adaptable: Flexible and able to adjust to new challenges as the company grows.

  • Proactive Learner: Enthusiastic about learning and trying new things.

  • Team Player: Collaborative by nature, independent when needed

  • Impact Driver: Eager to shape the company, culture, and team.

  • Driven: Looking for more than "just another job" and ready to make a difference.

Benefits at Suite:

  • Best in class health & dental

  • Hybrid work environment; A balance of in-office and remote work to foster collaboration and flexibility

  • Unlimited paid time off

  • Fitness & wellness stipend

  • Taco Tuesday, every Tuesday

Some roles, such as internships, may not be eligible for certain benefits.

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
