We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Operations Specialist to optimize and enhance our revenue processes. This role is responsible for supporting sales, marketing, and customer success teams by ensuring seamless operations, data-driven decision-making, and process automation. The ideal candidate has a strong background in revenue operations, CRM management, and data analytics, helping drive efficiency and revenue growth.
- Support revenue operations by streamlining and optimizing sales and marketing processes.
- Manage and maintain CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key revenue metrics, pipeline health, and performance insights.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align processes and improve revenue efficiency.
- Assist in forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven strategy execution.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Optimize lead management processes, including lead scoring, routing, and tracking.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with revenue policies and sales processes.
- Support pricing, discounting strategies, and deal structuring to maximize revenue.
- Work closely with finance and leadership teams to ensure accurate revenue reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced SaaS or technology company is a plus.
