The Role:

As a Revenue Operations Specialist at Pinterest, you’ll play a critical role in enabling our sales teams and partners to thrive. You will ensure precise and efficient processing of orders, facilitate seamless operations between Pinterest and our vendor partners, and be a go-to expert for resolving complex escalations and driving operational innovation. You’ll support both direct and vendor teams, drive process improvements, lead training initiatives, and play a key role in implementing new workflow enhancements.

What you’ll do:

  • Process and manage incoming orders, coordinating seamlessly between the sales team, vendor partners, and our revenue department to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

  • Support and develop our vendor and contractor partnerships - managing escalations, resolving workflow issues, and providing training.

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our processes, providing daily guidance and training sessions to sellers in partnership with Sales Enablement to ensure best practices.

  • Own and maintain playbooks and training documentation.

  • Identify and drive operational improvements and system automation within Salesforce, enhancing efficiency and productivity for Sales and Revenue teams.

  • Actively participate in and contribute to projects aimed at refining the order management process and other sales initiatives.

  • Build proactive, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders (Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy & Operations, Revenue, IT) and act as the operational voice for feedback and process evolution.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years in revenue operations, order management, sales support, or similar roles, ideally with exposure to advertising or SaaS business models.

  • Proven hands-on experience supporting vendors or contractors.

  • Experience handling escalated operational issues, ideally in a high-volume order management or billing environment.

  • Strong project management skills - demonstrated ability to balance multiple ongoing projects, track progress, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver results on schedule.

  • Exceptional data analysis skills; comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL to manage metrics, trends, and reporting.

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/order management systems.

  • High learning agility, strong initiative, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges.

  • Experience designing or delivering training programs or process documentation.

  • Advanced communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to process excellence and accuracy.

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

  • Experience working with vendors/offshore teams

  • Familiarity with Pinterest’s ad products, the SMB sales channel, and billing/order workflow nuances.

  • Experience with process automation, business requirements development, testing for new operational tools.

  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
