About Revenue Operations Team
The Revenue Operations team is responsible for informing the strategy and operations of the Revenue team, which includes Sales, Customer Success and Marketing. We are the trusted partner of the revenue management team; we help them analyze and solve business problems, as well as make recommendations on ways to improve the efficiency and productivity of the revenue organization. As part of our work, the Revenue Operations team has worked on our Go-To-Market strategy, on the design and update of our processes, on the analytics and insights required to help Revenue stay on top of their targets, and on a revenue forecast.
What part you play in it?
You’ll play a key role in streamlining workflows, optimizing tools and reporting, and making sure sales reps and managers have the insights they need to make fast, informed decisions. You’ll also collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment across the funnel and improve lead handoff, conversion visibility, and campaign performance tracking.
Sales Operations:
Work closely with the sales team to understand their processes, needs, and challenges.
Utilize CRM systems like HubSpot CRM to support lead and pipeline management.
Provide sales analytics and reporting to help improve sales efficiency and drive revenue growth.
Marketing Operations:
Oversee and optimize marketing automation processes using HubSpot to drive lead generation, nurturing, and scoring.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, content marketing, and social media.
Analyze marketing performance data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue generation.
Collaborate with Account Executives and stakeholders to understand the details of a business problem, reveal potential insights into root causes, areas of most impact, priorities of focus and recommended paths forward
Skills and Qualifications
Strategy & Operations Skillset:
Structure business problems, understand underlying drivers and make recommendation to address them
Conceptualize business processes, proactively identify pain points and recommend changes to improve operations
Understand the complexity of Revenue operations, and identify interplays between departments
Marketing Expertise:
Understanding of marketing strategies, tactics, and technologies.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Pardot.
Experience with lead generation, nurturing, and scoring processes.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Strong analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret marketing and sales data.
Ability to generate reports and dashboards that provide insights into marketing and sales performance.
Proficiency in data visualization
Adaptability and Learning:
The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies as they emerge in the marketing and sales tech landscape
Interest to learn how the different pieces of the organization work
Curious, independent, and with a strong attention to detail
Overall qualifications
3+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations in high-growth SaaS or technology companies. Sales or Marketing experience is preferred.
Proficient in English
Experience with Excel / Google Sheets
Experience with CRM (Hubspot preferred)
