Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Admin to support our Sales and Operations teams. This role is primarily responsible for entering customer orders into Salesforce, maintaining accurate sales data, and supporting general sales administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), and a commitment to delivering timely and accurate work.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the enterprise focused sales team throughout the sales lifecycle
  • Accurately enter customer orders, quotes, and related data into Salesforce CRM.
  • Manage and maintain up-to-date customer and sales records within Salesforce.
  • Communicate with customer partners regularly to relay order status, training materials, invoicing documents and other important information
  • Monitor order entry queues and ensure all incoming requests are processed in a timely manner.
  • Manage complex contract renewals for multiple product categories.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any discrepancies or missing information related to orders or customer accounts.
  • Generate and distribute sales reports, dashboards, and summaries as requested.
  • Support data cleansing and quality control efforts within the CRM system.
  • Assist with special projects related to sales operations, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Respond to internal inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and customer information.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data privacy regulations.
  • Continuously look for ways to streamline and improve the order entry and data management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or inside sales role.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems required.
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel as needed (estimated 1-3 times per quarter)

Estimated Salary Range: $28-33/hour

The salary range listed is our best estimate based on the role's requirements and market conditions. The final offer may be higher or lower depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
