About the position:
Ditto is seeking an SDR to join its rapidly expanding Go To Market organization. From facilitating initial conversations, to developing team wide best practices and messaging, you will be an integral member for our GTM team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating excitement about Ditto, and pipeline for our Sales Directors. You’ll get to work alongside an extremely passionate and supportive group, but most importantly you’ll jumpstart your career in an exciting field.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will:
- Qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales leads, delivering high-quality, qualified leads to our team of Sales Directors
- Set qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team
- Work closely with Sales Directors to build territory plans and execute against quarterly goals
- Nurture early phase engagement in order to produce future pipeline
- Consistently deliver a high level of activity, first researching, then using all tools at your disposal to engage with prospects
- This could be a mix of cold calling, strategic email and social campaigns
- Track your activity accordingly within HubSpot and Gong
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build outbound sales campaigns and refine messaging
- Attend industry trade shows and events, representing Ditto and engaging with customers and prospects
- Meet a minimum standard of monthly goals for both inbound and outbound meetings generated and pipeline sourced
- Understand Ditto’s value proposition and have a basic technical knowledge around the offering
What You’ll Need:
- To be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently
- Must have experience working with a SAAS product
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaborative, coachable attitude
- Enjoy challenges and real time problem solving
- Time management and organisational skills
- A desire to learn and progress
Nice to haves:
- Previous experience selling, or working against targets
- Previous experience working in a technology start-up, or similar rapidly changing environment
