As the Wrike Sales Development Rep, you would be the first point of contact for our potential customers. You will establish the relationship and identify their needs to determine the opportunities that meet the qualification criteria for a sale.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- By supporting marketing efforts by following up on inbound leads and inquiries.
- By understanding our buyer personas and the needs/“pains” of your market.
- By conducting research on the prospect and their organization and leveraging thoughtful personalization in your outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- By persuading prospects to have a call or take a meeting with a Wrike Account Executive.
- By qualifying prospects to help improve conversion rates from Discovery Call to Opportunity.
- By routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executives for further development and closure.
- By using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Groove, and Salesforce.
- By working closely with other SDRs, Senior Sales Executives, and Marketing to improve and perfect our messaging.
You will achieve your best if you have
- Eagerness to learn and excel in Sales.
- Full fluency in English
- The candidate must be open to supporting Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours. The typical working hours for this role will be from 8 AM to 5 PM EST. Flexibility may be required to accommodate business needs and team collaboration.
You will stand out with
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
- 1+ years’ experience in Sales Development or a similar role in a B2B business
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrated success in reaching monthly and quarterly targets
- Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce
- Strong work ethic and a ‘Can Do’ attitude

The range below reflects the total on-target earnings (including base salary and performance-based bonus potential) for this full-time position and applies to all U.S. locations, excluding benefits and other incentives.
