Our vision: A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a driven and passionate Sales Development Representative to join our Inside sales team at Wrike. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Wrike, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, establishing relationships and identifying needs to determine qualified sales opportunities. You’ll play a critical role in building Wrike’s pipeline, driving our brand presence, and setting the stage for long-term customer success. Our SDRs are considered sellers in waiting, and we love to promote from within.
  • If you’re a collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting technology solutions to real business challenges, we want to hear from you!

Your Impact:

  • Promptly follow up and qualify inbound marketing leads across target ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) and key industry segments.
  • Engage in deep-dive discovery calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and buying signals, and determine fit with Wrike’s solutions.
  • Prepare detailed qualification summaries for Account Executives and account managers, including key contact information, company background, and potential deal size.
  • Accurately and consistently update CRM (Salesforce) with prospect data, call notes, and meeting outcomes.
  • Track and analyze your activity and performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and share insights with management.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and fellow SDRs to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and maximize pipeline growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor landscape, and Wrike’s evolving offerings to effectively engage and qualify prospects.
  • Support marketing efforts by following up on inbound leads and inquiries, and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executives for further development and closure.

Your Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English language skills
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and excel in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Ability to support Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours (8 AM to 5 PM EST), with flexibility as needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems (preferably Salesforce)
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, innovative, and rapidly changing environment
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to achieve and exceed goals

Standout Qualities:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • 1+ years’ experience in Sales Development or a similar B2B and client facing role
  • Positive and energetic phone presence, with excellent listening and persuasion skills
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Salesforce , LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and solution-selling
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets
  • Personally accountable, highly organized, and empathetic to customer needs
  • Passion for working with new technologies and a consultative, value-driven sales approach
  • Experience in work management, project management, or collaboration software sales
  • Additional language proficiency (if relevant to the territory)

Team Dynamics:

  • You’ll join a collaborative, high-energy sales team that values open communication, knowledge sharing, and mutual support. We believe our best results come from working together; celebrating wins, learning from challenges, and continuously improving our approach. You’ll work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and other SDRs, aligning strategies and sharing insights to drive results. At Wrike, you’ll find a team that celebrates both individual and collective achievements, fostering a sense of shared purpose and camaraderie as you develop your skills and build lasting relationships.

Our Work Style:

  • Collaborative Culture: Work alongside ambitious, supportive colleagues who celebrate wins together
  • Comprehensive Training: Structured onboarding and ongoing sales enablement to help you master our product and refine your skills
  • Work Flexibility: Options for remote work with the support you need to succeed from your home or the office
  • Competitive Compensation: Base salary plus uncapped commission structure that rewards performance

Why Join Wrike?

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
