Our clients are leading providers of solutions across various industries, seeking motivated and results-drivenSales Development Representatives to join their teams. This role involves handling a large volume of calls, screening and qualifying leads, and managing sales pipelines for several US-based brands.

Location:
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Calling: Manage a high volume of calls to potential leads, introducing the company’s services and generating interest.
Lead Screening and Qualification: Screen and qualify leads through effective communication, identifying potential opportunities and ensuring they meet the company's criteria.
Dialer Utilization: Use dialer systems like Kixie, HubSpot, CallRail, VanillaSoft, Five9, or similar platforms to streamline call processes and improve efficiency.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records and manage the pipeline using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms to track lead progress and follow-ups.
Follow-Ups: Conduct follow-ups with leads and opportunities, ensuring timely and effective communication to move prospects through the sales funnel.
Pipeline Management: Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring that leads are nurtured and converted into opportunities.

Effective Lead Generation: Successfully handle a large volume of calls, leading to a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Efficient Lead Management: Screen and qualify leads effectively, ensuring high-quality prospects enter the sales pipeline.

CRM Proficiency: Utilize CRM tools efficiently to manage and track lead activities and pipeline status.

Qualifications:
Calling Experience: Proven experience handling a high volume of calls and effectively qualifying leads.
Dialer Proficiency: Experience using dialer systems like Kixie, HubSpot, CallRail, VanillaSoft, Five9, or similar tools.
CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms for managing lead and opportunity data.
Fluent English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and persuade leads effectively.
Sales Development Experience: Proven experience working in a sales development role or a similar sales environment.
Industry Experience: Experience in B2B, B2C, or DTC markets is a plus.
