Motive's Sales Development Representative (SDR) Internship offers you the chance to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You'll play a crucial role in supporting our team by:

Are you a driven and ambitious college student passionate about sales and building relationships?

We are seeking highly motivated interns to join our dynamic Sales Development team for a fall internship. This program is designed to equip you with valuable sales skills and industry knowledge, while providing the opportunity to directly contribute to our team's success.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Be entering or currently enrolled in their last year of college (graduation occurring Fall 2025 highly preferred).
  • A strong work ethic, with a desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively present information.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Decks).
  • Strong preference for bilingual (English/French) applicants

In this internship, you will:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our team's analytical strategy for lead generation.
  • Master the art of cold calling, email outreach, and leveraging LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential customers.
  • Assist with interviewing SDR candidates for our "wins of the week" newsletter.
  • Contribute to various projects as assigned by the Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and SDR leadership teams.

Êtes-vous un étudiant motivé et ambitieux, passionné par la vente et le développement de relations ?
Nous sommes à la recherche de stagiaires motivés pour se joindre à notre équipe dynamique de développement des ventes pour un stage d'un semestre (15 à 20 heures par semaine). Ce programme est conçu pour vous doter de précieuses compétences en vente et d'une connaissance de l'industrie, tout en vous offrant l'opportunité de contribuer directement au succès de notre équipe.

Les candidats idéaux possèdent :
Une solide éthique de travail et une volonté d'apprendre et d'évoluer dans un environnement dynamique.
Une soif d'apprendre la vente technologique.
Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité d'établir des relations et de présenter efficacement l'information.
Maîtrise de la suite Google (Docs, Sheets, Decks).
Bilingue (anglais/français) fortement recommandé.

Ce stage vous permettra de :

Développer des compétences en gestion du temps et en vente au sein d'une entreprise SaaS.
