About the Role:
We are extremely excited about the opportunities we’re seeing to help verticals outside of long term care. This role will sit within one of those verticals, and the specific vertical will be decided by the hiring team during the interview process.
The vertical could be anything from a budding healthcare segment to a new industry, like education. No matter what - you’ll be on the ground floor of a growing new business segment and shaping that team’s sales organization. Examples include:
- Providing substitute teachers and other classroom staff to K-12 schools
- Providing clinicians to In Home healthcare agencies
For this role, we are looking for someone who loves the idea of spending all day on the phone with potential customers. This role could be the right fit if you have a passion for sales and a desire to drive top-of-funnel growth at a startup within a startup.
You should expect to:
- Make over 500 dials per week to engage prospects and book demos with the team
- Track account and decision-maker details in our CRM to enable an efficient sales funnel
- Deeply understand our evolving value proposition so that you can engage in quality conversation on the phone
An excellent hire will:
- Book 10+ demos for the team every week through top of funnel outreach
- Win over workplaces with fast follow-through, strong attention to detail, and palpable customer empathy
- Communicate insights and blockers from conversations to help inform how to make our pitch better for workplaces
The process:
- Submit an application
- Take home assignment
- After this step, you’ll interview with a selected vertical
- Interview with Vertical Manager
- At this point, you’ll either continue or repeat step 3 with one more vertical manager, depending on vertical fit and need.
- Interview with Head of Growth
- Interview with CEO

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
