Director, Sales
The Role
As Sales Director, you’ll play an invaluable role in Glia's growth strategy. You’ll lead our talented team of account executives, and focus on delivering new and strategic expansion revenue across a series of target accounts.

What you'll do
Build & Lead Team
- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives
- Coach and mentor AEs to achieve pipeline and revenue targets
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback
Develop Market Expertise
- Master digital transformation and AI industry knowledge
- Stay current with market trends and competitive landscape
- Build deep understanding of customer challenges and solutions
Drive Sales Strategy
- Execute value-based selling approach and MEDDPICC methodology
- Drive adherence to established sales processes for complex enterprise deals
- Develop compelling ROI analyses to demonstrate platform value
- Guide and coach AE’s through complex, multi stakeholder sales cycles and contract negotiations
Achieve Business Objectives
- Meet or exceed team revenue targets
- Ensure consistent pipeline development
- Achieve new business acquisition targets while maximizing expansion revenue within existing account
- Contribute to overall sales strategy and company growth
Requirements
- 2+ years working in or selling to Contact Centers
- 3+ years of Enterprise SaaS Sales experience
- 3+ years of experience in leading a team of midmarket and enterprise sellers
- Consistent over-achievement track record
- Excellent phone, email, and social communication skills
- Experience in hiring and developing top level Mid Market / Enterprise Account Executives
- Understanding of complex sales processes
- Financial Services industry experience is a plus
