We are searching for a dedicated Sales Director to expand our client's impressive portfolio and ensure exceptional client experiences while fostering long-term relationships that drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client accounts and offer tailored solutions.
  • Lead efforts to resolve client issues promptly, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to align with clients' business objectives.
  • Pursue opportunities in IT outsourcing, shared services, Business Process Outsourcing environments, and professional solutions, maintaining a customer-focused approach.
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance customer satisfaction and fulfill commitments effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably within professional services or IT outsourcing.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed targets and grow accounts in competitive markets.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Management or a Related role.
