As dbt Labs rapidly expands its global presence, we're excited to hire our first Sales Enablement Manager in EMEA to support our growing team. This is a pivotal role within a high-impact, fast-moving organization. As our sales organization scales across regions and segments, enablement is more critical than ever. You’ll help drive the strategic development of our global Sales Enablement function, ensuring our sellers are equipped to win in an increasingly competitive and complex market. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct, measurable impact while laying the foundation for our enablement efforts in EMEA.
About the role:
As the Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll play a vital role in enabling our global Sales team to excel in selling an expanding portfolio of products. Reporting directly to the Director of Enablement, you’ll contribute to building and executing the global Sales Enablement strategy, supporting teams across three regions and multiple sales segments.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on operator with a passion for driving sales performance. You should have a proven track record of designing and delivering effective enablement programs and be deeply familiar with methodologies like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
What you will do:
- Deliver high-impact onboarding and ramp programs that are interactive, engaging, and outcomes-driven.
- Facilitate inclusive training experiences tailored to remote, hybrid, and in-person audiences.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps and implement targeted training solutions.
- Develop and scale enablement programs across product, skills, and process domains.
- Design practical, hands-on exercises to reinforce training and improve retention.
Leverage call intelligence tools (e.g., Gong) to extract insights and enhance messaging and sales execution. - Measure, track, and iterate on learning programs in collaboration with GTM leadership.
Provide ongoing coaching and development around MEDDPICC and Command of the Message methodologies. - Travel up to 25% to support in-person initiatives and events
What you bring along:
- 5+ years of experience in outside field sales with some experience in sales enablement, preferably in high-growth tech/SaaS environments.
- Deep familiarity with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message frameworks.
- Strong command of sales technology tools including Gong, Clari, Salesforce, and others.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling sales training and enablement programs.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to operationalize quickly and effectively.
- Experience supporting distributed, global teams across multiple time zones.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Compensation:

- The typical starting salary range for this role is: €102,000 to €124,000.
