The role
As our business continues to grow rapidly, we are seeking an additional Sales Excellence Manager to support our expansion in the US market. This role is essential in ensuring seamless collaboration across different time zones, maintaining transparency with key stakeholders in the US region, and driving efficiency within our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team while fostering partnerships with the Marketing channel.
You will play a key role in optimizing our sales operations, improving data-driven decision-making and implementing best-in-class tools to enhance productivity.
You’re welcome to work remotely from the United States of America.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sales forecasting and analytics: provide accurate sales projections and identify trends.
- Lead conversion and pipeline management: ensure data integrity, hygiene and accuracy in CRM (HubSpot).
- Tool and process optimization: manage and integrate sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach.io, Lusha).
- Sales sequences and workflow automation: organize and optimize outreach sequences for SDRs.
- Business intelligence and reporting: conduct and present Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR) through BI tools.
- Stakeholder collaboration: act as a trusted advisor to sales, marketing and leadership teams.
- Project management: drive sales initiatives, build structured rollout plans and inspire cross-functional teams.
- SDR team support: assist with performance insights, process improvements and reporting.
We expect you to have:
- Proficiency in SQL, BI tools (Tableau / Power BI) and CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce – Sales & Marketing Hubs).
- Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with sales SaaS tools (Gong, Outreach.io, PitchBook, Crunchbase, Lusha, etc.) — at least 2-3 implementations.
- Ability to integrate and automate systems infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of marketing, sales, accounting, finance and customer success (CS) to maintain a holistic business perspective.
- Deep knowledge of key business KPIs, with the ability to analyze trends, identify bottlenecks and uncover hidden growth potential.
- Ability to see the big picture, provide strategic insights and serve as a trusted advisor.
- Presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in sales workflow optimization and sequence setup.
- Strong project management skills — ability to create and execute structured plans while keeping teams aligned and motivated.
Key employee benefits in the US:
- Health insurance: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.
- 401(k) plan: Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting.

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
