They’ve been at the forefront of the gifting industry since 2005. They are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Assistant to support the sales and marketing teams in driving the company’s growth and expanding its reach.

Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivatedSales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting both the sales and marketing teams while gaining valuable experience in the fields of social media management, sales, and digital marketing. You will assist with content creation, affiliate marketing, lead generation, and contribute to seasonal marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to make a meaningful impact while developing their career in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Assist with managing social media accounts across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Create engaging content using available assets and AI tools to promote products and drive customer engagement.
Sales & Marketing Content Creation:
Collaborate with internal design teams to create sell sheets, presentations, and other marketing materials that align with the brand’s voice and messaging.
Support affiliate program management and help build relationships with partners to expand the brand’s reach.
Campaign Support:
Assist with seasonal marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution across all channels.
Research and identify new leads and B2B opportunities, focusing on holiday gifting and corporate sales.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Help develop and manage sales pipelines, scripts, and strategies with the VP of Sales to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Assist with lead and account data management in Salesforce to ensure accurate tracking of client interactions and progress.
Client Support:
Manage samples and deliverables for client tastings and meetings to ensure positive client experiences and successful sales conversions.
Maintain organization of all client-facing materials and communications, ensuring they align with company standards.
Qualifications
Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years of office or administrative experience, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content management tools.
Experience with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar (preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to create clear, compelling messages.
Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities to manage various projects and tasks efficiently.
