A fast-growing company in the logistics and supply chain industry is seeking a highly motivated and goal-orientedSales Representative to join their team. This role will initially focus on cold calling and outreach, with the opportunity to take on the full sales cycle, including closing, once you've ramped up and gained experience. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and driving recurring revenue for the business.
Location:Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
Cold Calling & Outreach (Initial Phase):Your primary focus in the beginning will be on cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging to qualify leads and generate new opportunities. This phase is crucial to your success in the role.
Lead Qualification (Initial Phase):Qualify leads through your outreach efforts to create a strong pipeline of potential customers.
Pipeline Management (Initial Phase):Maintain and manage your pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups to move leads through the sales process. Cold calling and consistent outreach will be the core tasks.
Transition to Full Sales Cycle (Ramp-Up Phase): As you ramp up and gain more experience, you will begin managing the full sales cycle, including presenting pricing, negotiating terms, and managing the contract signing process.
Closing Deals (Ramp-Up Phase): Once ramped, you will take on the responsibility of closing new business, driving the process from qualification to signed agreements and recurring revenue.
CRM Usage:Track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM effectively.
Relationship Building:Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects, ensuring continued engagement and long-term business partnerships.
Qualifications
Sales Experience:2+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, including cold calling and closing deals.
Cold Calling Expertise (Initial Phase):Strong cold calling ability is a key qualification for success in the initial phase of the role. Previous success in high-volume cold calling is preferred.
CRM Proficiency:Experience using CRM systems (Zoho is highly advantageous) to track and manage sales activities and opportunities.
Excellent Communication Skills:Fluent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects and close deals. Accents should be clear and easy to understand, focusing on neutral or American/British/Australian English.
Goal-Oriented:Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Positive Attitude:A great attitude, hungry to learn, motivated to succeed, and driven by a passion for closing new business.
Follow-up & Persistence:Strong follow-up skills to maintain engagement and move prospects through the sales process.
Self-Motivated:Ability to work independently, managing your own pipeline and sales activities without constant supervision.

Full Sales Cycle Management (Ramp-Up Phase): As you ramp up, successfully manage the full sales cycle from qualification to closing.
Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients, driving customer satisfaction and repeat business.
