Job Description

The role:


The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for supporting and maintaining our Salesforce environment. You will work closely with teams across our company, including Enterprise, Outside and Inside Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Driver Quality, Acquisition, Service and Supply to ensure Salesforce is optimized to meet the evolving needs of all our externally-facing departments throughout the business. You will have the chance to own and drive the development of Salesforce environment as the primary administrator, making a tangible impact on the success of Curri as it continues to grow. This role is a key member of the Growth Operations team, directly impacting all our end users in their day-to-day work.



What you will do:
  • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the needs of the business, including setting up fields, page layouts, reports and dashboards for both web and mobile use.
  • Identify, design and implement automation for time-consuming tasks, to allow our team to spend more time with customers and drivers and less time on administrative tasks.
  • Support daily Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, permissions and data maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support to ensure adoption across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver solutions that enhance our Growth and Operations organizations’ work.
  • Create and maintain robust documentation of our Salesforce processes, workflows and best practices.
  • Develop and conduct regular enablement sessions with end users.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Assist with integration with other business systems, data imports and exports.
  • Explore opportunities and implement AI-enabled systems to keep ahead of market trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, features and best practices to improve our use of the platform.


What you need to have:
  • Understanding of Salesforce CRM and its core features, Salesforce Certified Administrator certification or desire to obtain it.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, workflows, process automation tools.
  • Familiarity with integrating third-party systems and apps.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new tools, processes and systems quickly.
  • Excellent written communication skills, ability to tailor findings to both a technical and non-technical audience.
  • Proven critical thinking & problem solving skills; demonstrable ability to propose process improvement plans.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Basic project management skills.


Bonus Points if you have:
  • Advanced Salesforce Administration certifications.
  • Experience developing and conducting training and enablement programs.
  • Familiarity with technical documentation standards and practices.
  • Extreme curiosity to develop new expertise in both operations and the teams we support.
  • Understanding of SaaS, logistics and materials industries and tangentially related industries.
