We're seeking talented and passionate engineers who can help bridge Salesforce's capabilities with our ambitious platform vision. This isn't a traditional Salesforce role we're looking for engineers eager to grow beyond the usual constraints and help innovate new ideas with the support of our team!
As a Intermediate Salesforce Engineer at Clariti, you’ll get to:
- Develop solutions that bridge Salesforce and our broader platform
- Participate in technical design discussions that shape our platform's future
- Collaborate with senior engineers to improve our development practices
- Help build tools that make our engineering team more productive

We're particularly interested in candidates with strong foundation in one of these areas:
Salesforce Developers
- You have 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- You've built and maintained multiple Salesforce applications
- You understand Salesforce's limitations and have worked around them
- You're curious about building broader platform solutions
Full-Stack Engineers
- You have 2+ years of experience building web applications
- You pick up new technologies quickly and aren't afraid of legacy systems
- You have experience with modern development practices and tooling
- You're interested in applying your skills to both Salesforce and off-platform solutions

💰 The base salary range for this role is expected to be between $83,000- $135,000 based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications while considering internal pay equity and our broader pay philosophy. 💰

Travel- Although we operate as a remote company, all roles are expected to participate in occasional travel for in-person company-wide or departmental meetings, typically 1-2 times per year. Additional travel requirements specific to the role, if any, will be outlined in the job description.
