About the Role
We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer with frontend experience to join the team that helps users navigate financial services through seamless chat and digital experiences.
You will build fast, intuitive, and elegant interfaces across our suite of AI-powered products. You will take ownership of end-user experiences—spanning self-service portals, chat interfaces, dashboards, and internal tools. You will work alongside product managers, designers, backend engineers, and AI teams to create frontend systems that are robust, modular, and built to scale.
This is a high-impact role for an engineer who is passionate about user experience, performance, accessibility, and design systems.
What You’ll Do
- Build and evolve our design system and reusable component libraries, promoting consistency and maintainability across product surfaces
- Optimize performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across browsers and devices
- Collaborate with designers to turn Figma specs into functional, pixel-perfect interfaces
- Partner with backend teams to integrate APIs, define contracts, and troubleshoot edge cases
- Lead and participate in design and code reviews, enforcing high standards of readability, maintainability, and test coverage
- Help define and improve frontend development processes, CI practices, and build pipelines
- Participate in regular code reviews and learn from senior engineers across the team
- Write tests using tools like Jest and React Testing Library to ensure feature quality
- Learn and follow best practices around performance optimization, code structure, and continuous integration
- Proactively raise UI bugs or UX inconsistencies and suggest improvements
What You’ll Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in frontend development, including internships
- Strong knowledge of ReactJS and ecosystem
- Understanding of js or similar skills
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, browser rendering, and performance optimization techniques
- Ability to work with design handoffs (e.g., Figma) and translate them into functional components
- Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
- Experience working with REST or GraphQL APIs, and comfort handling data flows in the UI
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- A learning mindset, strong attention to detail, and a sense of ownership
- Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate in a remote, fast-paced environment
Bonus Points:
- Experience in B2B SaaS, internal tooling, or regulated industries
- Prior work in AI, chat UI, or real-time interfaces is a plus
