We’re a fast-paced, innovative staffing agency that connects top international talent with leading US companies. We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team, convert inbound leads into high-value sales opportunities, and fuel our growth.
As an SDR, you’ll work closely with our BDR and AE teams, helping manage the pipeline, ensuring a smooth sales process, and maximizing show-up rates. You'll report to our SDR Manager—he's cool, but he expects results.

Role Details:
Work Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM EST (US time zones)
Location: Fully remote; work from anywhere with reliable internet. We will test your internet. You should too.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Lead Management
Quickly engage with inbound leads to qualify them and schedule calls with the sales team.
Implement new strategies to increase the number of meetings booked and keep the sales pipeline flowing.
Maintain Client Show-Up Rate
Ensure that leads show up for their calls, using reminders (emails, texts, calls), and follow-up strategies.
Qualify leads before the call to ensure high-quality appointments.
Email Sequences & Automation
Develop, test, and implement targeted email sequences to nurture inbound leads.
Use AI tools like Instantly to optimize outreach and automate key touchpoints.
Write compelling, personalized, and persuasive emails that drive action.
Leverage AI Tools
Navigate and apply AI tools to improve outreach, lead qualification, pipeline management, and sales automation.
Outbound Outreach & Prospecting
Own outbound lead generation through LinkedIn, cold emails, and direct prospecting.
Continuously expand the sales pipeline with new, high-potential leads.
Communication & Follow-ups
Proactively follow up with leads to keep them engaged and on track for meetings.
Handle no-show leads with professionalism, addressing concerns, and rescheduling calls as needed.
CRM Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in HubSpot.
Report on performance metrics through CRM and Google Sheets, ensuring visibility and transparency in your results.
What Success Looks Like
High Show-Up Rate: Achieve an 85%+ show-up rate for scheduled sales calls.
Efficient Email Sequences: Develop email sequences that drive engagement and increase booked meetings.
High Conversion Rate: Book and hold meetings with a focus on maximizing conversion rates.
AI Proficiency: Demonstrate mastery of AI tools for sales outreach and pipeline automation.
Qualifications
Proven B2B Experience: Minimum 2 years in a B2B sales development or lead qualification role. Experience with outbound prospecting is a plus.
Excellent Communication: Fluent English, with strong written and verbal skills.
Email Automation Proficiency: Experience with HubSpot, Instantly, or similar tools for creating and implementing email sequences and automation.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM systems and other online sales tools.
Fast Learner: Ability to quickly master new sales tools, strategies, and systems.
Drive & Dedication: Motivated to hit targets and thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail & Organization: Strong organizational skills, with an eye for detail in scheduling, follow-ups, and record-keeping.
