Responsibilities
- Analyze lead details and follow qualification flow charts to decide whether a new lead is qualified for the sales team.
- Manage the SDR teams and ensure targets are met
- Manage and organize sales data. This may involve inputting data into databases, ensuring data accuracy, and creating reports and dashboards for the sales team.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as drafting and responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining sales records.
- Conduct market research to help the sales team better understand their target audience, competitors, and industry trends. This may involve analyzing sales data, conducting surveys, and researching industry publications.
- Support the sales team in their efforts to generate revenue. This may involve assisting with sales presentations, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments.
- Track all activity in a CRM (Close.com)
- Report to KPIs to leadership including calls, conversations, meetings booked, etc.
Job specific requirements
- 3+ years prior lead generation and lead qualification experience
- A flair for sales process with documented success
- Solid understanding of the customer lifecycle
- Experience with drafting email campaigns and sequences
- Proven leadership and process-building skills
- Ability to work in the US time zones
