What's the opportunity?
  • We are looking for an SEC Reporting Accountant to join our Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for preparing and timely submitting consolidated financial statements and SEC filings (Forms 6-K and 20-F) in a fast-paced payments fintech.


What will you be doing?
  • Prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 6-K and 20-F.
  • Prepare supplemental notes to the consolidated financial statements.
  • Review and validate financial data and disclosures provided by the accounting team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in the drafting of technical accounting memorandums in alignment with IFRS.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure timely and complete audits.


What skills do you need?
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Prior experience in audit at a Big Four or similar accounting firm.
  • Experience working with publicly traded companies (SEC-regulated) is a strong plus.
  • IFRS knowledge is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in English.
