We're rapidly growing our GTM operations and looking for high-caliber AI Solutions Engineers to be early members of the team. As part of the pre-sales organization, you will work at the heart of customer impact, partnering with our co-founders, sales, product, and engineering teams to shape AI strategies, scope and lead technical evaluations, and showcase the value of Snorkel’s core offerings: enterprise platform, services and data-as-a-service. You will also work across functions to continue building the Snorkel AI Data Platform into the leading enterprise platform for data-centric AI Development & Evaluation.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the technical side of the sales cycle—design and run tailored evaluations, demos, and Proof-of-Value (POV) projects aligned to customer outcomes
- Act as a trusted advisor on AI strategy and architecture, working with stakeholders from C-level execs to data scientists and ML engineers
- Own hands-on activities across the AI development lifecycle: from data prep and labeling to LLM tuning, evaluation, and deployment
- Collaborate with sales leaders to influence deal strategy and ensure smooth transitions to post-sales Applied AI Engineering and customer success
- Systematize and scale pre-sales motions—build reusable demos, workshop templates, and POV frameworks
- Partner closely with our co-founders, product, and engineering teams to provide market feedback and shape our roadmap
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years in AI/ML-focused pre-sales roles, or 5+ years in technical sales engineering with strong exposure to AI/LLM projects
- Proficiency with modern AI/LLM tools and frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, HuggingFace, OpenAI, Mistral, Llama, etc.)
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with cloud platforms, MLOps, and enterprise tech stacks
- Experience framing customer problems and delivering impactful AI solutions in real-world settings
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to connect technical capabilities to business value across audiences
- Experience working with Federal Government is beneficial
- Travels on-site to customers will be required (up to 25%)
The salary range for our Tier 1 locations of San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles & New York is $120,000.00 - $190,000.00. All offers include equity compensation in the form of employee stock options.
