About You
We are seeking a Senior Associate, Influencer Growth Marketing to support the execution and optimization of Nutrafol’s performance influencer program. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Influencer Growth Marketing, this role will be instrumental in acquiring and scaling new high-converting creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to drive sales, improve CPA, and grow new customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and activate top-performing creators (with a focus on mid-tier and macro influencers) with proven sales-driving capabilities
- Manage end-to-end influencer high-budget, always-on influencer campaigns with a focus on acquisition, ROAS, and CPA, including talent curation, negotiations, contracting, creative approvals, and performance reporting
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new influencer talent optimized for new customer acquisition
- Maintain strong relationships with creators, talent agencies, and platform partners (e.g., GRIN, LTK, ShopMy) to grow a high-performing influencer network.
- Track campaign performance daily, weekly, and monthly, owning targets and continually optimizing to hit growth KPIs
- Monitor and ensure timely delivery of content and results across platforms
- Support the rollout of new products, promotions, and key marketing moments via the influencer channel
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, paid media, creative, and analytics teams to build integrated campaigns
- Propose and test innovative approaches to improve influencer efficiency and scalability
Requirements:
- 2–4 years experience in influencer or affiliate marketing, with a strong focus on performance outcomes (sales, CPA, ROI)
- Experience within a DTC or eCommerce company is required
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume partnerships, juggle multiple projects, and hit quantitative targets
- Strong analytical mindset, you live in spreadsheets, love performance metrics, and know what moves the needle
- Familiarity with influencer tools such as Shopmy, Impact.com, LTK, and Google Workspace
- Passion for the beauty, wellness, and health space, with an eye for creators who convert
- Excellent communicator — both internally with cross-functional teams and externally with talent/agents
- Highly organized, adaptable, collaborative, and eager to grow within a high-performance team
