We are seeking a results-driven Senior Brand Product Manager to join our growing team at BidMachine. This role will focus on the brand advertising ecosystem, working closely with demand-side partners, brand agencies, and ad networks to develop and optimize solutions that enhance brand engagement and maximize performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Ad Tech, particularly within brand agencies, DSPs, and SSPs, with a deep understanding of programmatic advertising and brand-focused ad solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and roadmap for brand-focused product offerings within BidMachine, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborating closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams.
- Work with brand agencies, DSPs, and SSPs to identify key opportunities for improving brand-focused advertising solutions.
- Develop and optimize demand-side features, including auction dynamics, brand safety tools, and audience-targeting capabilities.
- Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the brand advertising space.
- Define and refine measurement, attribution, and performance metrics to enhance the effectiveness of brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with analytics and data science teams to leverage machine learning and data-driven insights for better brand engagement and performance.
- Stay ahead of industry changes, including privacy regulations, emerging ad formats, and evolving programmatic standards.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and ease of use for both internal teams and external partners.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on brand advertising and demand-side solutions within the Ad Tech industry.
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful products in the programmatic advertising space (DSPs, SSPs, brand agencies, or ad exchanges).
- Deep understanding of brand-focused advertising technologies, including audience targeting, attribution modeling, and brand safety measures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions based on both quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to a broad range of stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and A/B testing frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with brand agencies and understanding their key challenges and business objectives.
- Knowledge of programmatic ad formats (display, video, native, CTV) and cross-device brand advertising strategies.
- Familiarity with machine learning and data science applications for optimizing brand ad performance.
- Strong understanding of privacy regulations and identity solutions (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, UID 2.0, contextual targeting).
