The Role:
As a Senior Data Analyst within the Analytics, Insights, & Measurement (AIM) team at Fetch, you will be instrumental in driving analytic support and insights across a designated vertical. Reporting to an AIM Director of Analytics, you will leverage your extensive technical knowledge, experience in Insights, CPG and/or client support to own technical support.
Location:
This position does not have on-site mandates and can be remote in the United States. Candidates near an office, a plus for on-site collaboration, but not required.
Scope of responsibilities:
Analytic Data Proficiency & Storytelling:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Fetch’s data and ability to suggest appropriate analytical solutions/methodology.
- Manipulate data effectively using SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau, ensuring accurate and insightful analysis.
- Craft compelling narratives and insights, effectively communicating analytic findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a way that leads to clear recommendations and proposed next steps.
Influence & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with AIM counterparts and provide a strong point-of-view on technical approach and tool development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand any upstream changes and be able to communicate the impact to the AIM team.
- Mentor junior team members.
Building Solutions:
- Technical design lead for building sustainable analytics solutions
Problem Solving:
- Use knowledge of data structure and data manipulation skillset to contribute to complex analytic projects with company-wide visibility
The ideal candidate:
- 4+ years professional experience, including experience with client analytics support.
- Proven ability to translate business logic into an analysis, execute the analysis, and translate the results back to a business stakeholder
- Proven ability to manage communication, deadlines, and expectations of stakeholders
- Expertise in SQL is a must
- Proficient with Python
- Proficient in data visualization and data visualization tools like Tableau
- Experience representing analytics teams in cross-functional settings
- Strong data sense, including ability to manipulate large amounts of data, investigate oddities, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) insights and/or analytics
- Exceptional storytelling abilities
- Experience with snowflake, DBT, AWS, airflow, etc.
Compensation:
- At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $145,000. We also offer all employees equity in Fetch, so that everyone can benefit from Fetch’s growth.
