About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our team and play a key role in building, optimizing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure. This role requires strong technical expertise, ownership, and the ability to deliver reliable, high-quality data solutions to support business operations and advanced analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable, reliable data pipelines and ETL processes
- Own and maintain critical data systems including account distribution engines, enrichment pipelines, and automation workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI, BI, and Product to deliver high-impact, data-driven solutions
- Drive improvements in system stability, performance, and data quality
- Troubleshoot complex data and infrastructure issues to ensure seamless operations
- Contribute to infrastructure modernization efforts, including automation, monitoring, and security enhancements
- Mentor junior engineers and support team knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related technical roles
- Advanced expertise in SQL and building pipelines with tools like Airflow, DBT, or similar
- Experience working with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Python or another programming language for data processing and automation
- Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL best practices, and system optimization
- Exposure to CI/CD processes and cloud-based environments (AWS preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Good to Have:
- Tableau expertise for building or maintaining dashboards and supporting seamless integration between data pipelines and business reporting
