The Role
As theSenior Director of Clinical Success, you will lead a high-impact, cross-functional team of clinicians and nurses who lead the clinical strategy and application of our products to maximize impact within our enterprise partnerships. Your team ensures successful adoption, builds clinical champions, drives change management, and helps inform the direction of our product through ongoing feedback. You’ll help scale our reach and deepen our impact—teamwide and systemwide.
What You’ll Do
Team Leadership & Strategy
Lead, mentor, and scale a team ofClinical Success Directors (MDs, DOs, PAs, NPs) andNursing Clinical Success Directors (RNs, LPNs, etc.) focused on clinician enablement, change management, and adoption.
Build team culture that is collaborative, mission-driven, and performance-oriented.
Define and track team goals, success metrics, and KPIs that align with organizational impact.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders acrossImplementation, Product, Partner Success, Sales, and Support to ensure a seamless partner experience from onboarding through long-term success.
Clinical Enablement & Change Management
Oversee the design and delivery of scalable training programs and resources for diverse clinician types (physicians, advanced practice providers, and nurses).
Partner with health systems to establish clinical champions and effective change management plans tailored to local workflows and needs.
Ensure your team delivers proactive outreach, ongoing support, and adoption strategies for both individual users and enterprise-wide deployments.
Product Feedback & Strategy
Serve as a strategic clinical voice in partnership with Product and Design teams to surface insights, feature requests, and opportunities for improvement.
Create clear frameworks and documentation that translate real-world feedback into actionable product direction.
Partner with Product Marketing to develop compelling collateral and messaging aligned with evolving clinical workflows.
What You’ll Bring
Clinical background required: MD, DO, PA, NP, or RN with direct experience in documentation workflows (Epic preferred).
10+ years of professional experience, with at least3 years in people leadership—preferably leading clinicians or clinical success/adoption teams in a high-growth or health tech setting.
Deep understanding ofclinical documentation workflows, provider needs, and the cultural nuances of provider adoption.
Experience managingenterprise change management efforts across diverse care teams and specialties.
Proven ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams with empathy and clarity.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a growth mindset.
Passion for building tools that truly improve the lives of clinicians and the quality of patient care.
