  • Team Leadership: Cultivate a culture rooted in growth and accountability, driving clarity of purpose and outcomes to empower autonomy.
  • Hands-on Attention: Role up your sleeves to help the team execute on priorities, whether talking to customers or tuning a campaign.
  • Group Objectives: Set and refine team goals that increase traffic, repeat purchases, and retention.
  • Talent Development: Equip team members with the necessary best practices and constructive feedback, fostering independence and maximizing impact.
  • Resource Allocation: Balance utilization of internal talent and external partners, directing third parties in support of photography, videography, and direct response.
  • Strategic Relationships: Forge productive relationships across divisions, creating strategies that reflect our mission and shared goals.
  • Market Adaptation: Track market trends and competitors. Guide the use of AI and other emerging tech to scale content creation and personalization.

Qualifications:

  • A Passionate Participant: you were invested in living a healthier, more local lifestyle before it was popular. You shop American artisans and clean alternatives because you care about quality and where your dollars go. You celebrate life, family, and the protection of freedoms that make this country great.
  • A Seasoned Marketer: With at least 10 years of experience in digital marketing and a proven track record in eCommerce growth, you bring deep expertise and a history of success.
  • A Diverse Skillset: Your leadership experience spans 5+ years across marketing disciplines with an emphasis on affiliates, community building, and storytelling.
  • A Strategic Thinker: Comfortable with business modeling and data-driven decision-making, you excel in setting goals and navigating the complexities of a dynamic marketplace.
  • A Master Communicator: Your strength in writing and communication ensures brand consistency across channels, enabling clear, strategic conversations inside and outside the team.
  • Tools of the Trade: Familiarity with tools like GA, Customer.io, Sprout, and Figma enrich your ability to deliver high impact marketing.

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
