About This Role

As Senior Director, Solutions – Weight Health, you’ll be the strategic and operational lead for one of Transcarent’s highest-growth and most clinically impactful solution areas. In this role, you will shape the future of Weight Health by designing and scaling an industry-leading care experience that blends evidence-based treatment (e.g., GLP-1s, coaching, digital therapeutics) with engagement and navigation support across the care continuum.

You’ll collaborate closely with SVPs, EVPs and C-suite leaders across Product, Clinical, Finance, Sales, Client Success, and Marketing to define strategy, optimize performance, and ensure commercial success. This role is ideal for a healthcare leader who thrives at the intersection of solution design, business operations, and market execution — and is passionate about transforming how people engage with weight and metabolic health.

What You’ll Do

Solution Strategy & Vision

  • Define and own the strategic roadmap for Weight Health, ensuring alignment with Transcarent’s clinical philosophy, client needs, and business objectives.
  • Develop a differentiated solution that meets Member needs, adapts to the evolving weight management landscape (e.g., GLP-1s, value-based models), and positions Transcarent as a market leader.

Program Leadership & Performance Management

  • Oversee solution design, implementation, and performance measurement across key pillars: clinical outcomes, Member experience, cost savings, and adoption.
  • Align stakeholders across teams to ensure a seamless, scalable, and impactful delivery model.
  • Manage solution-level P&L to ensure profitability, sustainability, and high-growth trajectory.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, and Data teams to translate strategic vision into operational reality.
  • Lead initiatives that improve engagement, health outcomes, and operational efficiency across the care journey.

Go-to-Market & Commercial Enablement

  • Work hand-in-hand with SVPs and C-suite partners across Sales, Finance, and Client Success to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing, positioning, and commercialization plans.
  • Drive preparation of client-facing materials, executive briefings, product demos, and sales enablement collateral.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in high-impact client discussions and strategic partnerships.

Partnerships & Market Influence

  • Support the identification and evaluation of external partnerships, vendors, and platforms aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Represent the solution in industry settings and contribute to thought leadership on weight and metabolic health trends.

Team Development & Culture

  • Lead and mentor a team of solution and program managers.
  • Foster a high-performance, mission-driven team culture that emphasizes innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or higher in health care, public health, or business-related field preferred.
  • 12+ years of healthcare experience, including digital health, benefit innovation, care delivery, or chronic condition management; direct experience in weight or metabolic health strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, with demonstrated success guiding cross-functional teams in solution development and market execution.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare delivery models, GLP-1 adoption, lifestyle and behavioral health interventions, and member engagement strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead go-to-market and commercial strategy, including pricing, value articulation, and enterprise sales support.
  • Strategic, systems-level thinker with operational discipline and a bias for action.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication skills — able to engage and influence SVPs, C-suite executives, clients, and partners.
As a remote position, the salary range for this role is:
$185,000$205,000 USD

Total Rewards

Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.

Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.

Location

You must be authorized to work in the United States. Depending on the position we may have a preference to a specific location, but are generally open to remote work anywhere in the US.
