Job Description
Responsibilities:
·Develops detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, status
reports and lead the team in developing a detailed project plan.
·Review project plans to determine the time frame, costing, and the procedures for
accomplishing the projects.
·Provides expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of IT
project leadership.
·Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others (i.e., architecture
or infrastructure) collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
·Conduct timely project reviews to recommend any changes to project schedules, cost or
resource requirements.
·Document issues and risks that affect implementation.
·Work with the technical team to ensure that the requirements gathered are realistic and
implementable.
·Establish and maintain good business relationships with stakeholders to influence and
achieve business goals.
·Hold regular status update meetings with team.
·Learn and be able to contribute and communicate improvements to the existing working
processes.
Desired Skills:
·Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to discuss
and advance complex policy concepts with diverse stakeholders at various levels.
·Technical acumen and ability to represent to both technical and policy audiences.
·Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment working on cutting-edge
technology and security policy matters, where ambiguity is the rule rather than the exception.
·Comfort working with a broad range of teams and diverse views and cultures, and
experience in driving collaboration and consensus.
·Willingness to experiment and try new things, and to learn quickly from failure and/or
mistakes.
·Candidates with PMP or ITPM certifications are preferred.
·Experience with Data Analytics / Data warehousing / Cloud Computing projects are
preferred.
Qualifications:
·6-10 years’ experience in project management.
·Bachelor’s/University degree
