Maven is looking for a strategic, collaborative, and operationally-minded Senior Fertility Market Strategy Manager. In this high impact role, you will own the strategy and operations for Maven’s fertility pharmacy program. You will also collaborate closely with Maven’s network operations team on strategy for the ecosystem of organizations that provide fertility care for Maven members — including fertility clinics and ancillary partners such as genetic testing labs.
You’ll cultivate high-impact partnerships with Maven’s specialty pharmacy partners and pharmaceutical manufacturers, shaping the experience for our partners, members and clinics and ensuring operational excellence. Internally, you will lead a cross-functional effort to refine how we engage, support, and evolve our ecosystem of fertility care, working across teams to deliver improved access, quality, and value for Maven’s members. This role reports to the Senior Director of Fertility Program Strategy on Maven’s Client Operations team.
As a Senior Fertility Market Strategy Manager at Maven, you will:
- Develop and maintain relationships with pharmacy and pharmaceutical manufacturer partners to ensure performance, compliance, and mutual value.
- Manage and execute contracting processes, including RFPs when necessary—partnering with internal stakeholders to conduct landscape analyses, develop proposals, negotiate terms, and bring contracts to final execution.
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert on Maven’s fertility pharmacy program, supporting commercial and growth efforts by completing pharmacy-related exhibits and analyses, answering questions, and participating in client meetings.
- Lead cross-functional workstreams related to ecosystem changes, such as onboarding new partners, adjusting network composition, or evolving our network offerings—ensuring initiatives are scoped, resourced, and executed effectively.
- Participate externally at select conferences and industry events, serving as one of Maven’s external ambassadors to fertility pharmacies, clinics, and ancillary partners.
- Define and operationalize a scalable approach to strategic engagement, including the design of a structured operating cadence (e.g., QBRs, partnership summits) and creation of high-quality, insight-driven content for recurring partner interactions.
- Drive partner-level analytics and performance insights, using data to monitor clinical quality, service performance, and network value, and to inform ongoing strategic decisions.
We’re looking for you to bring:
- 6+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, network management, partnerships, or operations—preferably with exposure to fertility pharmacy
- A proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience designing and improving partner-facing processes and support models, ideally in a high-growth or matrixed environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with comfort serving as the external face of a company and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and storytelling
- Passion for Maven’s mission and a deep commitment to transforming family healthcare
The base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $190,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
This role requires active work authorization in the US.

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
