The role, in a nutshell:
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will work closely with the FP&A Manager to budget, forecast, and analyze company performance, focusing on all GTM functions. This is a highly visible role that will partner with leaders throughout the organization to manage the financial forecast and analyze performance for board reporting.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with the FP&A Manager on core strategic financial and planning processes at the corporate, functional, and departmental levels, including budgeting, planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking & analysis, focusing on GTM (Go-to-Market) functions
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial and business models to support financial forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Serve as the Finance business partner to key decision makers across the GTM organization.
- Ensure the ongoing delivery of quality analytics and reporting, including headcount, ARR, revenue, operating expenses, cash flow, and analysis of actual to expected performance.
- Perform ad-hoc financial modeling and analysis to support informed, strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement throughout finance and accounting and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the finance organization.
- Support Financial Operations of the broader finance team.
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in a combination of FP&A or Strategic Finance at a high-growth tech company, consulting, or Big 4 (experience partnering with GTM teams highly preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Exceptional communication skills in all forms (verbal, written, and visual) and the ability to convey complex financial information clearly
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, and analytics and visualization tools
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges
- This role requires a self-starter, keen attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
- History of building positive relationships with people and teams across a broad, diverse organization
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Accounting is a plus
