The role, in a nutshell:

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will work closely with the FP&A Manager to budget, forecast, and analyze company performance, focusing on all GTM functions. This is a highly visible role that will partner with leaders throughout the organization to manage the financial forecast and analyze performance for board reporting.

What you’ll do:

Work closely with the FP&A Manager on core strategic financial and planning processes at the corporate, functional, and departmental levels, including budgeting, planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking & analysis, focusing on GTM (Go-to-Market) functions
Develop and maintain sophisticated financial and business models to support financial forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
Serve as the Finance business partner to key decision makers across the GTM organization.
Ensure the ongoing delivery of quality analytics and reporting, including headcount, ARR, revenue, operating expenses, cash flow, and analysis of actual to expected performance.
Perform ad-hoc financial modeling and analysis to support informed, strategic decision-making.
Identify opportunities for process improvement throughout finance and accounting and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the finance organization.
Support Financial Operations of the broader finance team.

What we're looking for:

4+ years of experience in a combination of FP&A or Strategic Finance at a high-growth tech company, consulting, or Big 4 (experience partnering with GTM teams highly preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
Exceptional communication skills in all forms (verbal, written, and visual) and the ability to convey complex financial information clearly
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, and analytics and visualization tools
Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges
This role requires a self-starter, keen attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
History of building positive relationships with people and teams across a broad, diverse organization
Strong knowledge of GAAP and Accounting is a plus

Base Salary Range

$110,000—$145,000 USD
