The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team and help drive critical financial insights that inform decision-making and shape the company’s trajectory. In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations – building models, developing forecasts, and generating insights that help us grow efficiently and sustainably.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll own key components of our financial planning and reporting infrastructure, while also digging deep into strategic projects, from evaluating growth opportunities to supporting cross-functional initiatives. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on how we allocate resources, measure performance, and execute on company priorities.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models that support company-wide planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
- Partner closely with teams across the organization (e.g. Product, Marketing, Operations) to develop insights that connect operational activity with financial outcomes
- Support long-range planning, fundraising, board prep, and other investor relation needs
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for margin improvement, investment ROI, pricing strategy, and other levers of business value
- Drive strategic projects – including pricing and packaging, new expansion opportunities, and build vs. buy decisions
- Contribute to the refinement of KPIs and performance metrics that reflect the company’s evolving strategy, diving deep into unit economics
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline FP&A operations and enhance forecasting accuracy and speed
What You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or related field
- 3-5 years of overall experience within consulting, investment banking, private equity/venture capital, or finance at a high-growth tech company
- Proficiency in financial modeling and use of data visualization tools (SQL a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality when necessary
- Proven self-starter who holds a high degree of ownership and accountability
- Basic knowledge of GAAP and other accounting fundamentals
- Understanding of SaaS business models and metrics a plus
What You’ll Get:
- Competitive compensation
- Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
- PTO, company-paid holidays, parental leave
- 401K, wellness and wifi perks
- Flexible, remote-first work culture

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
