The role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the operating plan, supporting strategic decision making, and working cross-functionally on key initiatives that will help shape the future of a $1 billion Series D company backed by Insight Partners.
What you'll do
- Annual operating plan : Build and update the company’s driver based long term financial model, leveraging your strong understanding of key financial drivers to form the company’s operating plan in a way that connects objectives and drives accountability across GTM functions to product planning.
- Company-wide budgeting and forecasting : Provide department leaders with ongoing financial insights, analysis, and partnership on decisions to accelerate growth. Additionally, this role would own the management of Glia’s financial planning tool
- Company-wide financial reporting : Help prepare materials and narratives for Board of Director meetings, a polished executive level financial reporting package and internal executive meetings
Requirements
- 2+ years of prior experience in SaaS FP&A (or investment banking / consulting, etc)
- Strategic and creative problem solver ready to roll up their sleeves
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail coupled with an ability to see the bigger picture
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Tableau
- Experience using and managing a company’s financial planning software platform like Adaptive Insights, Pigment or Vena
- Extensive experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of data
- Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow (There will be a modeling test)
