The Opportunity:
Parsley Health is redefining healthcare with a root-cause, functional approach to medicine—and we’re seeking a data-obsessed Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive our next phase of growth. This role owns all inorganic growth channels—including performance marketing (paid social, paid search), SEO, and conversion rate optimization/CRO, plus leads the growth of our supplement store.
You’ll be responsible for developing high-impact campaigns, optimizing budgets, improving CAC, and reporting performance across acquisition channels. You’ll partner closely with the Member Marketing team to ensure end-to-end funnel success, and be empowered to lead performance strategy, test and learn frameworks, and analytics tools.
What You’ll Do:
- Own strategy, execution, and performance of paid media (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Lead SEO strategy and roadmap, driving traffic growth and conversion
- Manage and grow revenue from Parsley’s Supplement Store
- Drive external agencies and freelancers across paid, SEO, and more
- Develop and maintain dashboards for reporting channel and funnel performance
- Collaborate with member marketing, product marketing, and data & analytics to align on funnel, lead quality, messaging, and creative
- Launch new member acquisition campaigns and optimize existing ones through rigorous A/B testing
- Own attribution strategy and work with technical team to improve performance tracking
What You’ll Need:
- 5-10 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or acquisition roles, ideally both in DTC and healthcare
- Proven track record running multi-channel paid campaigns with clear CAC and ROAS goals
- Comfortable managing six-figure monthly budgets and reporting on every dollar spent
- Strong working knowledge of Meta ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and attribution models
- Ecommerce experience
- Thrive in lean environments—can do the work, not just delegate it
- Deeply passionate about root-cause healthcare and empowering people to stay well
- Familiarity using a MacBook, Google suite, Slack and Zoom

Parsley Health is committed to providing an equitable, fair and transparent compensation program for all employees.
The starting salary for this role is between $119,000 / $140,000, depending on skills and experience. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.
Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with candidates during the process.
