This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment, brings technical and analytical excellence, and can translate business needs into scalable, tech-enabled solutions. Join us in revolutionizing how our People team leverages data and systems to support a thriving global workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex cross-functional projects involving Workday and other HR technologies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely, high-quality execution.
  • Develop and maintain scalable, future-focused configurations in Workday across modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, and Absence Management.
  • Translate evolving business needs into system requirements and enhancements, partnering with stakeholders across People, Finance, IT, and beyond.
  • Create and maintain advanced reporting and dashboards to support strategic decision-making, workforce planning, and compliance needs.
  • Continuously improve HR processes through automation and optimization, identifying gaps and surfacing innovative solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity across systems through regular audits, root cause analysis, and collaboration with relevant teams to remediate issues.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on HR technology trends and drive adoption of best practices across teams.

What it takes to catch our eye

  • Deep expertise in Workday configuration and reporting, with at least one major functional area owned end-to-end (e.g., Compensation, Talent, or HCM).
  • Proven success leading multi-stakeholder HR tech projects from concept to deployment, especially those with cross-functional impact.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience transforming data into actionable insights using dashboards, audits, and complex reports.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, thinking strategically, and delivering high-quality solutions independently or in partnership with others.
  • Growth mindset and collaborative spirit—willing to teach and learn, lead by example, and help others thrive in a system-rich environment.

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
