About the role:
We’re looking for a Senior IT Integration Engineer to enhance critical cross-department workflows and software integrations across multiple tools in a high-compliance setting. This role will report to the Director of IT & Business Technology and work closely with IT Admins and other teams to identify opportunities for improved process and automation, ensuring operational maturity and improving service delivery. Embedded stints with teams like our Concierge (customer service) team may occur to experience challenges firsthand and design effective solutions.
This position is fully remote.
What you will do:
- Automate interdepartmental workflows across platforms for operations, finance, onboarding/offboarding, and RBAC
- Serve as an escalation point for complex IT support issues
- Administer and manage core SaaS tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Zoom) to ensure operational efficiency and security
- Design, build, and maintain internal integrations that improve compliance and reduce manual effort across Garner’s HITRUST/SOC-aligned environment
- Collaborate with support and operations teams to identify challenges and develop solutions using low-code automation
- Enhance and maintain internal customer service tooling and workflows to align with business needs (prior experience with Zendesk or similar tools helpful but not required)
- Continuously iterate on business processes to support scale, reduce friction, and improve user experience
What you will bring to the team:
- 3–5 years in IT or business systems roles, with experience building automation and supporting SaaS at scale in high-compliance environments
- Familiarity with low-code platforms and process design methodologies
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Bash for automation and integration tasks
- Experience supporting IT operations and working within structured frameworks like ITIL
- Exposure to business process mapping (BPMN or similar standards) a plus
- A hands-on mindset and strong troubleshooting instincts
- Adaptability in fast-moving environments and alignment with our mission to improve healthcare
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $144,000 - $185,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
