About the role
We’re looking for aSenior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to lead the strategy and execution of lifecycle programs that drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention.
In this role, you’ll develop and launch campaigns that speak to prospective and existing patients at every step: exploring treatment, booking a visit, starting medication, sticking with the program, and celebrating results. You’ll shape how our audience understands about our products, navigates care, and builds trust — and you’ll do it with smart segmentation, great content, and behavior-driven automation.
This is a cross-functional role perfect for someone who can think like a growth marketer, write like a health communicator, and execute like an operator.
Responsibilities
Create email/SMS journeys that activate new leads: from ad click to scheduled appointment and prescription start.
Collaborate with content and creative to build high-performing landing page flows and lead magnets (e.g. quizzes, guides, testimonials).
Work with paid marketing to align lifecycle programs with acquisition messaging and targeting.
Develop educational campaigns for our patients, explain the clinical process, and set patient expectations.
Launch lifecycle sequences to reduce drop-off during intake, medical evaluation, and prescription onboarding.
Use surveys, patient feedback, and data to continuously improve how we explain care and convert intent into action.
Design programs that reinforce long-term adherence, including milestone messages, coaching content, and refill reminders.
Segment patients by duration, progress, and risk of churn to deliver targeted outreach and interventions.
Collaborate with clinical and support teams to automate follow-ups and re-engagement efforts.
Set up A/B tests across flows, copy, and content format to improve key conversion and retention metrics.
Analyze lifecycle funnel data to identify high-leverage segments and drop-off points.
Maintain clean reporting on performance across tools likeCustomer.io, Retool, or internal dashboards.
Requirements
4+ years in lifecycle or CRM marketing, ideally in DTC health, wellness, or subscription-based services.
Strong command of messaging strategy, conversion copywriting, and behavior-based segmentation.
Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push) from idea through implementation.
Analytical mindset with comfort reviewing lifecycle KPIs and campaign results.
Highly organized and self-driven — someone who can operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-haves:
Familiarity with healthcare marketing
Experience building campaigns in tools likeCustomer.io, Braze, Klaviyo, or Iterable.
Comfort working with low-code tools (e.g. Zapier, Retool) and light data workflows (e.g. SQL or Airtable).
A human-first approach to healthcare communication — grounded in empathy, clarity, and trust-building.

As full-time member of our team, you’ll enjoy:
Flexible hours
Work wherever you choose
Fun and casual work environment

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
