What you’ll do
Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:
- CRM Strategy Development: Designing and implementing customer relationship strategies that ensure a successful launch of Scout vehicles and achievement of ongoing sales, retention goals and customer satisfaction goals.
- Managing CRM Software: Overseeing the implementation and ongoing use of CRM platform to track customer interactions and manage leads. Ensure the CRM platform is effective within and enterprise and local workshop needs. Work Closely with IT to customize and automate CRM system tools and campaigns.
- Developing and executing website marketing strategies: This includes SEO, SEM, content marketing to drive website traffic and increase online sales.
- Managing website content: Ensuring the website is up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with the Scout’s brand and strategy.
- Customer Data Analysis: Analyzing customer data, purchasing behavior, and engagement metrics to develop targeted and personalized strategies that drive sales, customer retention and satisfaction.
- Marketing Automation: Implementing automated multi-channel campaigns utilizing AI to deliver personalized and impactful content. Track performance and make data-driven adjustments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with Brand, Marketing, Sales, Communications and Customer Experience teams to ensure a brand aligned approach to customer relationship and digital marketing and various customer touchpoints.
- Support Management: Working with agencies, vendors and service providers to ensure that digital tools and marketing campaigns are effective and impactful.
- Performance Reporting: Generating regular reports on digital performance metrics, such as customer conversion, retention rates, and campaign effectiveness.
- Budget Management: Managing the budget for digital initiatives, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
- Data Security and Compliance: Ensuring that digital systems comply with data protection regulations to maintain customer confidence and trust
Location & Travel Expectations:
- This role may be based out of a Scout Motors location to start or Remote, however, role will be based at a Scout Motors corporate location (to be determined) in early 2025. The final location will be further discussed and aligned with the successful candidate.
- This role is not eligible for remote work in New York City.
- The responsibilities of this role will require on-site attendance at in-person meetings and events regularly once the on-site location is determined.
- Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.
- Relocation: If the successful candidate is not local to the confirmed corporate location, relocation will be required.
- Travel: Required.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of proven experience in digital marketing preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software and utilizing machine learning and AI technology.
- Experience with marketing automation systems and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain healthy cross-functional relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record of building a motivated, high-performing team and developing a fun and productive team culture.
- Intuitive ability to navigate organizational complexity and confidently lead strategic, data-driven discussions with top management.

Pay Transparency
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $150,000.00 - $180,000.00
