We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven communication professional passionate to lead internal communication strategies that inform, engage, and inspire our employees. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, the Internal Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing internal communication strategies that align with our corporate goals, engage employees, and foster a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration.
In This Role, You Will:
- Craft and execute a scalable internal communications strategy that aligns with Radicle Health’s vision, promotes transparency, and enhances collaboration across the organization.
- Optimize and oversee key communication platforms, such as intranets, all-hands meetings, email announcements, and Slack, to ensure consistent, clear, and engaging messaging.
- Partner with senior leaders and executives to craft compelling messages that engage employees and enhance organizational alignment.
- Support communication efforts for major organizational changes and company-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment and clarity at all levels of the company.
- Establish benchmarks and use data-driven insights to refine approaches, measure effectiveness, and continuously improve communication strategies.
- Establish and uphold communication policies, processes, and tools to streamline and enhance internal communication efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related fields.
- 5-7 years of experience in internal communications, preferably in a technology or high-growth environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to team success and open to continuous learning and improvement
Other Information:
- Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 USD
- Location: Remote
