We are seeking a Senior Manager, PMM Operations to coordinate our Product Marketing (PMM) initiatives. You will be responsible for managing key programs and processes that support our product go-to-market strategies, such as product launches, enablement, and general cross-functional process orchestration. This role will work horizontally across multiple product and solution lines to enforce a cohesive narrative, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure operational excellence. This role will collaborate with multiple teams, including Solutions Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Growth, Web, Enablement, Sales, Product, Pricing and Packaging, Operations, and more.
Key responsibilities:
- Product Launch Strategy & Operations: Develop and scale a best-in-class product launch strategy. Implement processes and infrastructure that support both major and minor launches at scale. Ensure that launches are executed seamlessly and on time, with clear alignment across product, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders.
- Product and Feature Enablement - Internal: Establish and maintain best practices for product and feature enablement. In this role, you will act as the liaison between our solutions product marketing team and our GTM enablement organization. You will work with our enablement team to create the planning and process for timely and effective enablement on our products and features for our customer facing teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Support.
- Product and Feature Enablement - External: Develop and scale a best-in-class process for enabling customers on new products and features. Work across solutions product marketers, product teams, Customer Marketing, Growth, and Academy team to develop best practices for when and how to notify customers. Maintain transparency and alignment across these teams as to when customer notifications are going out.
- Cross-functional alignment: Serve as the primary point of contact between the product marketing organization and the rest of the marketing functions such as Integrated Marketing, Growth, Web, Customer Marketing, Brand, Communications, and more. Drive better process, planning and coordination between various teams to ensure that all customer-facing assets and marketing campaigns are aligned with latest product messaging and go-to-market priorities.
- PMM Librarian: Maintain the library of PMM collateral, ensuring materials are organized and up to date.
- PMM Operations: Own PMM’s operational strategies for integrating AI solutions, ensuring process consistency, documentation standards, and team adoption of best practices that drive both efficiency and measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a role managing cross-functional processes
- Proven track record of managing large-scale product launches, including cross-functional coordination.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent project management and program management skills, with a focus on process optimization and scalable operations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical details into clear, compelling narratives.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where collaboration and communication are key
The listed Pay Range reflects base salary range, except for sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commission/sales bonus targets and annual base salary for the role. This pay range may be inclusive of several career levels at Apollo and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
