As Senior Manager, Practice Operations on Ro’s Care Delivery team, you will play a key role in driving the processes, metrics, and day-to-day operations that enable our frontline teams to deliver high-quality care at scale. You will lead efforts to onboard clinical and non-clinical frontline team members to Ro in a way that ensures they have a streamlined and supportive experience while focusing on improving the process and collaborating with required cross functional teams. You will support additional functions across care delivery including, but not limited to: provider support coordination, performance management processes, as well as frontline team member scheduling. You are a process-minded operator who thrives on making things more efficient, loves enabling frontline teams to do their best work, and brings a flexible, can-do mindset to evolving priorities.
- Own Onboarding & Day 1 Readiness:Own the end-to-end onboarding operations experience for frontline roles: calendar coordination, systems provisioning (in partnership with IT), communications, and delivery of initial team dashboards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce friction, increase consistency, and improve onboarding experience and speed-to-productivity.
- Monitoring metrics for performance of onboarding to ensure frontline team member adoption and quality.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Care Delivery, IT, Data, People, and Clinical Ops) to lead operational projects, optimize tooling and processes, and deliver insights that drive change.
- Own and optimize core operational processes that support Ro’s frontline teams - including performance management and scheduling.
- Provider Support Enablement Own response tracking systems, documentation, and cross functional coordination to ensure issue resolution for providers and identify recurring themes
- 3–5 years experience in healthcare operations, clinical strategy; high-growth or tech-enabled care delivery experience preferred.
- Strong project management and coordination skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Experience improving or building processes and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Confident using data to guide your work, with enough analytical skill to uncover insights and drive improvements—without needing to be a data specialist.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for simplifying complexity.
- Familiarity with data dashboard tools (e.g. Looker), Google Sheets, and project management software (e.g. Asana). Helpful but not required to have experience with other tools (e.g. Airtable)

The target base salary for this position ranges from $125,400 - $162,500, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
Ro recognizes the power of in-person collaboration, while supporting the flexibility to work anywhere in the United States. For our Ro’ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those outside of the tri-state area, you will be able to join in-person collaborations throughout the year (i.e., during team on-sites).
