Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
We’re seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Manager Product Marketing to help drive partner-focused go-to-market efforts for our anti-ransomware platform. In this role, you will be responsible for developing compelling product positioning and messaging and enabling our ecosystem of resellers, MSSPs, and tech alliance partners.
You’ll play a key role in creating differentiated value propositions for our partners, supporting co-marketing initiatives and aligning with sales and partner teams to fuel adoption, pipeline and revenue across indirect channels. This role is an ideal opportunity for a product marketer who understands cybersecurity buyers and the dynamics of channel and partner ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
Positioning & Messaging
- Develop and maintain compelling, partner-ready messaging tailored to different partner types (e.g., MSSPs, VARs, cloud marketplaces, alliances).
- Collaborate with partner and field teams to create co-branded assets, joint solution positioning, and partner-specific sales narratives
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Drive partner GTM strategies aligned with product launches, campaigns, and regional initiatives.
- Support partner enablement, onboarding, and activation through content, playbooks, and solution briefs.
Partner Enablement & Content Development
- Build and maintain a robust library of partner-facing assets, including battlecards, datasheets, solution overviews, and training materials.
- Translate product capabilities into value-based messaging partners can use to sell into their markets.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor and synthesize market trends, partner business models, and competitive offerings to inform messaging and differentiation.
- Stay current on evolving channel dynamics.
Content & Campaign Support
- Collaborate closely with Partner & Field Marketing, Channel Sales, and Alliances to support GTM execution and adoption.
- Source customer stories and proof points to support marketing and partner initiatives.
Skills:
- Comfortable operating independently while collaborating across teams.
- Knowledge of partner incentive structures, GTM campaigns, and MDF programs.
- Strong project management skills with a bias for action and measurable outcomes.
- Able to thrive in a high-growth, rapidly evolving market.
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B product marketing, with at least 2–3 years supporting partner or channel ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of partner GTM motions including VARs, MSSPs, distributors and alliances.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills—comfortable simplifying complex topics.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with partner portals, asset management tools, and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; technical background a bonus.

Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $190,000
In accordance with applicable state and federal laws, the range provided is Halcyon’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity in the Company.
