The Sr. Manager, Sales Strategy is a key leadership role accountable for the development of programs to support and accelerate the sales strategy while driving operational excellence within the sales organization. This individual will lead a team and work directly with the Director of Sales Operations to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and support the execution of the sales strategy. The Sr. Manager will proactively identify areas of opportunity within the business, propose actionable solutions and lead cross-functional project teams while executing on their own key projects all with the focus of accelerating sales growth.This position supports a fast moving sales organization and will require someone who is able to operate in a nimble yet thorough manner through implementation of short term solutions while more formal solutions are designed.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Director of Sales Operations and other Sales Operations team members to develop and execute the sales strategy. Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure alignment across the sales organization.
  • Operational Efficiency: Leverage data to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales teams. Ensure that sales processes are streamlined, optimized, and utilized resulting in accelerating sales.
  • Process Governance and Optimization: Partner with sales enablement, CRM management and other sales operations partners do create a governance framework to manage sales processes and integrate into the CRM systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to support sales initiatives and resolve issues to accelerate sales performance.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to the Director of Sales Operations and executive team.

What You Have:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of demonstrated experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related role with at least 2 years of direct leadership experience
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects in a fast paced environment and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead by influence across the organization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, process governance, CRM systems, and sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The national cash compensation range for this role is $164,000-$235,000*

*Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region & may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental or vision insurance).
