PandaDoc is looking for an analytical, growth-minded Senior Campaign Manager.
As a Senior Campaign Manager at PandaDoc, you will orchestrate and launch integrated campaigns to generate new business and expansion. You’ll contribute to the Campaigns team’s quarterly pipeline targets while working cross-functionally across our Marketing, Partnerships, and Marketing Operations teams to design and launch engaging partner and sponsorship campaigns.
As a critical member of our Campaigns team, you will help evolve our integrated campaigns by testing new ways to engage our partners and drive demand from our ICP.
In this role, you will:
- Ideate, orchestrate, and launch partner campaigns across multiple audiences and channels
- Own relationships with our partners and sponsors around events, webinars, and other co-marketing opportunities
- Project manage integrated campaigns with multiple internal and external stakeholders, to ensure your campaigns launch without a hitch
- Collaborate with marketing operations to create reports that measure the impact of your campaigns, and proactively recommend new tests and tactics to maximize their impact

- You’re super organized, and have sharp project management skills to keep multiple campaigns on track and collaborators aligned
- You're always learning, evolving, and pushing the boundaries. You’re excited to test new types of content, tactics, and channels to engage our ICP
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience running integrated marketing campaigns, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of interpreting data to distill key insights and make data-based recommendations that increase the impact of your campaigns
- Experience owning co-marketing campaigns, especially those including webinars, events, and paid sponsorships
- Experience managing campaigns in project management tools; such as Asana or ClickUp
- Experience running impactful campaigns via marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
- Familiarity with CRMs and other marketing tools; such as Salesforce and 6sense
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively

The annual OTE for this role is up to $120,000-$150,000 (base + bonus combined)
