About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Partner Development Manager to build and grow strategic relationships with Systems Integrators (SIs), Consulting Firms, Technology Partners, Resellers, and Data & AI Platform partners in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).

- Identify, recruit, and onboard new consulting partners—while managing, developing, and expanding relationships with existing partners—to strengthen our ecosystem footprint across ANZ.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Community, Sales, and Customer teams to integrate partners into the broader go-to-market and adoption strategy.
- Build and maintain partner account plans, including quarterly and annual targets, co-marketing initiatives, services readiness, and enablement goals.
- Track, measure, and report on partner performance, pipeline impact, and ROI using internal tools and systems.
- Provide regional insights to inform global partner strategy and ensure assets are relevant for the ANZ market.
What You’ll Need
- 12+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, channel, or business development roles, ideally in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software.
- A track record of managing and growing SI or consulting partner relationships in ANZ.
- A strong track record of exceeding partner revenue or pipeline quotas.
- Deep commercial acumen with a strategic lens on market dynamics, territory coverage, and partner investment.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills—able to work across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to execute complex partner strategies.
- A bias toward action and accountability in high-growth, ambiguous environments.
- A collaborative spirit and commitment to inclusion, learning, and community contribution.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel up to 40% within ANZ and occasionally overseas.
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Existing relationships with leading SIs or RSIs in the Snowflake, AWS, or Databricks ecosystems.

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
