The Role
You will own Sprinto’s Mid-Market partner motion across the EU & UK, building a scalable network of consulting and channel partners that drive joint pipeline and revenue. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you’ll craft and execute GTM plays, equip partners with the knowledge and tools they need, and ensure our partner ecosystem consistently exceeds its targets.
- Some key responsibilities of the role are :
- Identify, qualify and recruit new Mid-Market–focused partners (consulting firms, MSPs/MSSPs, channel partners) across EU & UK every quarter.
- Drive seamless onboarding: coordinate legal, enablement training, co-marketing kick-off.
- Develop and deliver enablement content (offerings and joint value proposition decks, joint business plans).
- Co-lead sales engagements with the Sales teams; attend partner customer calls.
- Monitor partner health: pipeline, deal registration, deal velocity and win rates.
- Execute quarterly business reviews to align on goals and co-sell strategies.
- Own partner scorecards and quarterly targets; refine partner segmentation and tiering.
- Overall experience of 8-10 years with 5 years in SaaS alliance or channel roles, ideally at Series B - C stage
- Proven ability to recruit and scale partner programs across multiple countries
- Strong sales acumen: familiarity with partner-led selling motions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable in remote and in-person settings
- Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus (e.g., German, French)
- Self-starter with strong project and stakeholder management skills
