If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client, a globally recognized FinTech innovator, is seeking aSenior Partnerships Manager to lead and elevate its partnership programs worldwide.
This is a remote-first role with a strong collaborative culture and an entrepreneurial environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in defining channel strategy, driving revenue growth, and strengthening our presence across both established and emerging markets — particularly in regions experiencing high digital adoption and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Channel Strategy: Take full responsibility for the success of the Affiliate and Introducing Broker (IB) program — defining KPIs, setting growth targets, and executing revenue-driving initiatives.
Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners globally, with a strategic focus on regions such asAPAC andLATAM, where engagement and digital investment are on the rise.
Performance Optimization: Monitor partner activity, track results, and continuously refine incentive structures and campaign effectiveness to maximize returns.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between sales, marketing, legal, and finance to ensure seamless IB operations — including partner onboarding, payment processes, dashboards, and compliance workflows.
Campaign Management: Propose and implement localized campaigns, banners, bonuses, and landing pages tailored to specific regions and partner profiles.
Training & Enablement: Develop onboarding and product training resources that empower partners to succeed and align with our brand's core value proposition.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure full transparency and compliance across all partnerships. Maintain documentation, reporting systems, and operational standards for partner success and risk management.
SaaS Growth Integration: Build strategic relationships with integrators and explore new partner-led distribution models for our SaaS offerings.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing affiliate or IB programs withinForex, CFD, or Crypto industries.
Market Insight: Deep understanding of financial products, brokerage ecosystems, and SaaS-based distribution models.
Communication: Fluent English (C1+ level). Additional language skills are a strong advantage, especially in global partnership contexts.
Collaboration: Proven track record of cross-departmental collaboration to streamline operations, legal terms, and campaign execution.
Adaptability: Comfortable working remotely across time zones and adjusting strategies for diverse partner profiles and regional market nuances.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven track record ofdriving growth in LATAM and APAC regions, with deep cultural and market understanding.
Strong knowledge offinancial markets andSaaS-based partnership models.
